On Thursday I waited ALL morning and afternoon in my room and maintenance never arrived nor did I receive any paper or phone notifications regarding a change of plan. This was frustrating as I had just finished sanitizing the room due to Covid and dust allergies as I am immunocompromised. Late Wednesday evening I received a notice under the door stating on Thursday beginning at 10am all rooms would need to be accessed to change the television service.
